Just because you have great hardware doesn't mean the only option that exists is to make expensive graphics powerhouse titles. I think PS2 level graphics games like Persona 4 and FFX are more than satisfying enough for Vita owners. Publishers just don't know how to do distinguish what they are working on without a great shiny coat of graphics. I think that problem is slowly tanking the entire industry.
I voted for not enough games even though they did make it needlessly expensive. The 200+ price range competes with smart devices that offer way more features and games and storage than a comparable Vita SKU. If it had enough games that wouldn't have mattered though like expensive iOS devices.
