This is nothing new or original.
nVidia did the same thing 5 years ago with nVidia Ion, granted this is orders of magnitude faster, but the form-factor has been done to death since then.

 

Those prices are pretty insane too, I would assume the ulv i5 chips cost a pretty penny.
