I don't know, maybe I'm just overly nostalgic and hate life in general now, but the only perfect games I've played were when I was young and got my SNES. I played a lot of perfect games until 2002.

SNES:
The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past (1992)
Super Metroid (1994)
Final Fantasy VI (1994)
Chrono Trigger (1995)
N64:
The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time (1998) - (11/10)
The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask (2000)
PS1:
Castlevania: Symphony of the Night (1997)
Final Fantasy IX (1999)
Legacy of Kain: Soul Reaver (1999)
PS2:
Final Fantasy X (2001)
Shadow of the Colossus (2005)
GC:
The Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker (2002)
Metroid Prime (2002)
PC:
Civilization II (1996)
Fallout (1997)
Planescape: Torment (1999)
PS3:
Dark Souls (2011)

Yeah, I know. Sad.

PS: I absolutely loved Legend of Dragoon btw.
