Agree. BTW portable game dev costs are amongst the few still under control, Sony could have developed two or three more 1st party games, partially funded a few tens more 3rd party games in the West and more ports of currently Japan-only games with very few million $, the return in increased HW sales, 1st party SW, royalties on the funded games themselves and additional royalties on the other 3rd party games bought by the larger user base would have more than justified the investments. The only constraint for Sony was about first party games, as it had to support PS4 launch, but this could have been solved avoiding closing some studios like SCE Liverpool, and instead funding them in the short term for example making them use a part not too big of their workforce to port some old classics to Android (possibly the ones with the potential to attract mobile users to series that have their latest titles planned for PSV, to get some synergy added for free).
