All the first party titles you see on Xbox One or Xbox 360 since 2010 are his doing.

He was in charge of Xbox One first party development and he put the most varied game selection on the 1st year of any new gen consoles.

Platformer: Max & TMM

Fighting: KI (MS never made the IP, primarily developed by third party) Guess who decided to choose from all the tech demos Double Helix's. Not Nintendo.

Racing Sim: Forza M5 (Legitmate IP made by MS)

Racing Arcade: Forza H2 (Legitimate)

FPS: Titanfall, The Master Chief Collection (IP not made by MS but invested in) Titanfall as it is, is first party as much as Halo 1 & 2.

Adventure/Hack and Slash: Ryse (Funded by MS and coming to other consoles) Prove with a confirmation and a release date from Crytek.

Adventure/Survival: Dead Rising 3 (Funded by MS but coming to PC) Halo 1 and 2 are on PC as well. Max, Fable, Iron Brigade, etc...  all of them are part of First Party portfolio during their regular shelf life.

Adventure/ Open World: Sunset Overdrive (Third party and they are a secondary choice publisher since Sony chose not to support it) They could be 10th choice, SO as of now is a part of First Party portfolio and can only be played on X1.

Plus he is rebooting an obscure game like Phantom Dust, just to show how he's committed to make X1 a jack of all trades.

If we're talking about IP's, Microsofts most valuable ones outside of Forza and Fable were made by outside companies.

You're completely out of the loop. All those IPs are MS's first party even if they go to PC.

All of them were funded to stay on MSs platform and they stayed during their relevant shelf life.
