Pokémon.
Pokémon remakes sell almost as much as the main-line entries do. The 3DS user base is also bigger than the rest of the 8th gen combined so it should be enough. In fact, both SKU's separately should come out on top as #1 and #2.
GTAV could get the next spot, combined anyway I think they will. The PS4One user base is however not big enough to beat Pokémon this time around. I'd say Smash will be below that, probably losing to PS4 GTA and more or less matching XBox One GTAV. I don't see Far Cry or Dragon Age having any chance whatsoever.
