i think this 'waggle' is just a codename. Simply because it sounds too stupid and childish (sry my opinion) to be true. If it will be a succes that will depend completely on the games attached and using the 'waggle'. And of course the price tag. 60 euro for a wii mote+nunchuck is already quite some money. what will they charge for this gimmick?
