The RAM thing is not the worst part. After all, with PS4/X1 having 8GB (albeit not all of that is available to devs), it makes sense to see games asking for more than 4GB of RAM and 3 or 4 GB of VRAM to count for OS, DX, Nvidia/AMD drivers, etc.

It's rarely to see games asking for more than 4GB of RAM, but i think this game reqiures more RAMs & more Cores or speed just because of open world plus AI dudes to compute.

4GB was usual for port from PS360 to PC, and those consoles had what, 512MB? Now that PS4/X1 are the source of the ports, requirements will go up and RAM is no exception.
