Assassin's creed Unity PC version System requirements are crazy

Minimum and recommended AMD CPU are the same? I thought I was going good with 8320 which is the next model down...3.5Ghz 8 cores...
This is horrendous. A joke. I am blown away by this.

Its almost like they don't want people playing on PCs.
