The thing is, PS3 was bellow X360 in USA from the start and even if improved the situation still got outsold by a big margin (UK like the same)... but everywhere else PS3 were always ahead when aligning so it wasn't a turnaround it was "normal growth" just on a very slower pace than previous PS and with botched USA sales.
