Arkham and AC combat system are similar, they are based on attack and counterattak system. Considering the other elements that are identical to AC I found the experience as a whole much closer to AC.

Not really. Arkham combat is way deeper. AC is more of a means to an end.

Yeah Arkham seems to incorporate dodging and stunning and the combination moves more whereas AC I pretty always use the handy counter.  Enemy variety is definitely better in Arkham.
