I myself honestly think that the console industry is going to have to shrink or it will go under, in otherwords i think the industry is going to a have to go back to say a 5th generation or 6th generation sized market to stay profitable. This just my own idea, which i'm sure i'm not the first to have it but just thought i'd share it.

Any device that was built with gaming as it's priority, and and is bought for video game entertainment.

ok then i think you will be wrong for this being the last generation of gaming...
i am pretty sure the blueprint for the big three is already printed and just need more r and d for the cpu (or whatever) and how it will be price and compare to the new one that will come out in let's say about 4-5 years....

This being the last generation of consoles wasn't my idea just a idea I've heard thrown around . I think the industry just won't be able to support a market as big as 7th gen.
