This forecast you already have since May... it is the forecast for the FY. 17m PS4 + PS3 from April 2014 to March 2015. BTW the forecast 5 million shipped tuned out 7 million sold.
I think you need to buy a PS4 
maybe you will see why the Xbone UI is dated, slow and complicated... 360 was way way way ahead the Xbone's UI.
