Chaos Ring games were localized for Smartphones on the west, PSMobile's port was multilanguage.. and CHaos Ring III is gonna release on smartphones for all territories i read.. so a Western and physiscal release on Vita in the west is possible... but not 100% sure..
meanwhile.. let's talk about freedom wars... here more details from the PS Blog... listing the cities/panopticons... Caracas-Venezuela is included :D
