To me, whether the PS4 hits 19m depends on how hard Sony will go heading into holiday season. If Sony goes in releasing Far Cry 4, LittleBigPlanet 3, and GTAV bundles in the US, Europe, and Japan (though I think only the LittleBigPlanet 3 bundle will appeal to the Japanese audience), then yeah, it'll happen. And right now, the Destiny bundle is still chugging along like a well oiled machine.
