I've also decided to boycott Youtube for not letting me watch videos unless I'm connected to the internet.  It should be illegal.

there is a clearly difference between video streaming and playing a game that is streaming 

with video stream the worst you have worry about is lowing the quality of the video or it having to buffer

with game streaming you would have to worry about all of that plus input lag and having to deal with connection problems in a single player game
