Halo 3 and Gears of War get a bad rap for no reason.

Halo 3 probably gets a bad rep cause fanboys love to attack Halo, although Halo has declined since the beginning, but not enough to give it a less than 85% overall rating.

Zucas you can think whatever you want but Gears of War deserved every rating it received. The only thing that held it back was the short single player campaign, but the coop aspect and how everything was implemented made it epic.

 

 

No Zelda: TP was epic.  Oblivion was epic.  Bioshock was epic.  Gears of War was not epic.  There was nothing epic about it.  It only tried to fool people into being epic, but once ya actually get your hands on it there was nothing epic about it.  

I mean the game was an average game that'd I'd rate about an 8.0.  I've never said I absolutely hated the game.  I only absolutely hate that people are so willing to give this average run of a mill shooter amazing scores and then try to put it on the same level as games named above.  When in reality it was a pretty game with no substance and made it to be average because the setup of shooters was already good.
