ARM or Power seems confirmed with this, irregardless of console or handheld. Low power draw will not be using x86-64, and the GPU will likely be custom (along the lines of Maxwell/Pirate Islands).
I wonder if this means we'll see them getting a custom set from AMD as they are making ARM/Power now, and the new GPU architecture isn't far our with the new memory standard. They've worked with AMD for four generations now too, so I bet they have a good deal with them and good long term relationships. Though, at current, they have a lot of hardware guys who have ties to Nvidia and Qualcomm... but this new hire seems to go against the notion that they'd just settle with what they already know.
