Description: I'm specifically asking for the game you think has the highest level of fun factor in combination with how well made it was. Keep in mind that this is different from "best game ever" as best can encompass a lot of things. There are games that have affected me more deeply than the one I'm about to mention, for example, Suikoden II with it's story and music moved me in ways that this game will never even come close to.

My choice: However, when I think "most well made & enjoyable" game I've ever played, there's one in particular that comes to mind, and that's Resident Evil 4. Specifically the PS2 version and the subsequent ones, since they also had Ada's story playable.
I can barely find any complaints about this game for what it is. It's not a real survival horror like the earlier RE games. But for what it was, I thought it did things almost perfectly. It's one of very very few games these days that I thought had such great replay value that I felt like re playing it several times and fully enjoyed it each time. And replay value is something I've found to be increasingly rare in games for the past few generations.

For me the games that always make me play and play again is none other then CIVILIZATION games, and I currently playing Civilization 5 with all the expansions. Who wouldn't like it to change the world, to lead the world and alter the history of the world Lol, you can make your favorite country become the most powerful country and conquered other  country............in this games offcourse. :)
