If he means Dunblane which was the last "UK" school shooting. Firearms were heavily restricted after it with handguns being banned entirely. There hasn't been a school shooting since. Australia took similar action after a shooting there with the same results. How very interesting...

I can't think of a better advocate for gun controls before video game censorship tbh.
