from what they said, every game will support shareplay. Its not a developer based feature. its a system wide feature.
And the steam system you were talking about. You could do that on the PS3 with digitally downloaded games. You could share you account with a total of 5 people. I think they scrapped that cause it naturally would be abused to hell and back.
