What was the name of the Xbox third person scifi shooter game with the weird proportions(long legs)? That and Oni were pretty hyped iirc, but I don't know the budgets. Looked it up, it was Advent Rising.
Also OP this subject will be ridiculously difficult given the fact that we mostly don't know budgets of games. We know the hyped ones, but no idea of how much was spent on development or marketing. Unless there's a hidden cache of game budgets written down somewhere I don't know about.
