Well just to let you guys know, it wasn't my Power Supply.
I just bought a 500W Power Supply and tried my 2 gigs, it didn't work. So here I am using only 756mb of ram just like before only now I'm 75$ poorer.
I will never buy non-Kingston memory ever again.
