I think MS have not done a great job at their bundles, apart from the FIFA 15 one, which has sold well.
1. The CoD 1TB bundle. This is a great bundle for some people, but the majority of 360 cod players who havnt bought an x1 isn't because of the hard drive size. Price will likely be an issue for these people and at the higher price compared to the standard bundle, this doesnt help.
2. No Forza Horizon 2 bundle. This game has had bad marketing all round (advert showed nothing what the game was about or its great review scores), you could say classic microsoft marketing. The demo was the diamond in the rough (made me preorder), but its no wonder it only sold 300k in the first week. This would have been a much etter candidate for the 1TB bundle, but any bundle would have been better than nothing.
3. Sunset overdrive. I'll keep this short, it's an exciting, colourful, well made game (not my cup of coffee though), but I think a bundle is wasted on this game. I can see the game selling fairly well, but not selling consoles.
4. Halo mcc. Lack of an official bundle is astonishing, even TLOU had a bundle.
