Can GTA5 (Xbox One + PS4) Outsell Smash Bros (Wii U + 3DS)?

I don't think so. I'm not sure why people are expecting such huge sales. GTA is very popular but everyone has already played it that wanted it. It will sell well but I;m not expecting more than 5m lifetime on both PS4 and X1.
