These year has been pretty meh. Mostly sequels. Some fun sequels from Nintendo, but nothing really amazing. As for Sony and MS, I've been looking for an excuse to blow 400 bucks on their console, but they haven't given it to me. Did Bravely Default come out this year? If so probably my GOTY so far.
Still, the gaming industry is increasingly centered on the holidays. So, maybe sunset overdrive, Bayonetta 2, or captain toad, or LBP 3 will be truly impressive.
