America isnt the only country that is in war games or in war in general.  Lets not make this about America  against the world or patriotism because it isnt the topic in the slightest.

That's not my intention, sorry. What I meant was why not consider the deaths of Germans, Japanese, Vietnamese and Iraqi's and whoever else distasteful in war games?
