The way I see Nintendo's next E3 going would be somewhat along these lines:
Zelda Wii U - the main star of the show and they'll just keep shoving the hype for this game down our throats until we can't take it anymore, just like they did with SSB this year.
Xenoblade Chronicles X - it'll have a new trailer, announced for a September release and will receive some attention, much like Hyrule Warriors.
Star Fox Wii U - they'll have the first real trailer for the game and first real footage of it as well. It'll be awesome and at the end disappoint us with a slated 2016 release year, following in the footsteps of what Zelda Wii U was this year.
Kirby and the Rainbow Curse - they'll show some more trailers and random stuff and whatever. August-October release. Can't think of any comparison to any game at this year's E3 whatsoever.
Pokémon Z or something else - the mandatory 3DS Pokémon game.
Pokkén Fighters - they'll announce the release month for the Wii U version (I'd say November) and show a new trailer and stuff like that.
Metroid - I'm sure they'll be revealing a new Metroid game next year, either for the Wii U or 3DS (or both). I don't know if it'll be what Star Fox was this year or if it will have a more real trailer or something. Also, this might be Retro's next project - if it isn't, then..:
Retro's next project - a mindblowing game that will be slated for 2016.
Something else entirely - also releasing 2016.
EDIT: Totally forgot about SMG x FE and the inevitable Wii U Animal Crossing. Yeah, those might get shown too. We'll see.

Miyamoto said Starfox will come within a year at e3, so about mid-sept of 2015. Peferbly end of June. A 3rd party might help them finish it on time, he said something about looking for one too.

I just hope to GOD they go to Platinum and try to further solidify that friendship. What Platinum delivers in graphics and contraversial elements in games is something Nintendo desperately NEEDS! Platinum would be an excellent friend to have.
