Yep, it was even confirmed  by Eurogamer in the article, well hidden in an screenshot comment:

"The 1600x900 presentation still looks superb in motion on Xbox One, though we'll soon see how it stacks up against the PS4's final native output."

Native output obviously meaning 1080p.

Native output just means whatever the output the hardware produces. It can be 1080p or 600p.

Of course it will be 1080p but this doesn't confirm it.
