I see where I went wrong.  I was actually looking for a book or section named Sura instead of chapter 7 (al-A'raf or The Elevations) then verse 157.

I googled for an explaination of your question and this is only one reference that I found.  So, I would say just read it and then decide for yourself.  I don't agree with it personally but everyone is allowed to believed what they want.
