Indeed ! The 3 lacking millions are probably Halo CE and Halo 2, considering games tracking from that gen aren't always perfect.

I honestly think if digital sales were added, it would go far beyond "only" 60M. Halo 3, Reach, ODST, Wars, Halo 4... That is very likely more than just 3M, digital wise.

Maybe they were only talking about physical copies.
