At the same time it would be very bad for this site especially for those upcoming interesting months where we could see new heights for the PS4.
Even in the USA the PS4 is here most of the time undertracked if it gets hectic - Just look at September.What where they off here?150k?Have fun in December when there is a missing Million or 2.
How often do we read "Do you have evidence the PS4 is undertracked?Maybe the sales slow down - There is no reason to own a PS4.My friends all bought the X1" THEN BÄM NPD and there they have it...every month.
We need at least those NPD numbers to keep some way to proof this people all the time wrong.
God i would wish there were Official Europe Numbers every month...

We already have people questioning the validity of Creamsugar and Aquamarine. If they both disappear from the scene people like Pachter will be able to convince people that the console to buy is the XB1 because it's selling the most every month. Who's going to question that lie? In between Sony announcing the official numbers (not that they're believed either) the rot will already have set in. This lack of information is perfect timing for MS in the last three months of the year. yes Sony announced they sold three times the amount they sold in August but what were some Gaffers saying? They were contemplating that the XB1 had also sold over 500k and but for the leaks, that narative would have spread. I think we're going to see more bullshit in the coming years than we've ever seen before. If that bullshit hits the streets it could be yet another false narrative but this one could effect sales.

Sony needs to start releasing those monthly sales because MS sure as hell won't, especially if people like Pachter keep spouting FUD. The perception of a console being the better seller is enough and MS know that. What's the betting MS even stop giving us 'shipped' numbers. MS would love it if people couldn't find out how far behind they are and this only helps them conceal it. This is not good.
