Has Naughty Dog put themselves on a lose-lose situation?

That's because Naughty Dog hasn't released a game built ground up for the PS4, yet :D

I do expect it to likely hit 90+ but I'm skeptical of a 95 or higher. 

That's kind of a unfair expectation though, don't you think?  How many studios are able to pull off back to back 95+ games (Meta, anyway)?  Because...I'll tell you who hasn't, and that's Naughty Dog. 88, 96, 92, and 95 (strange that UC2's meta is higher than TLOU), unless you count TLOU and TLOUR (which is silly).  If people are expecting ND to produce nothing but 95+ meta rated games, that's just stupid.  And yeah, they'll very likely be disappointed...but that's more on them, than on ND.
