Precisely.
And honestly, I've never bougth this notion that smartphones are really "competition" for handheld gaming platforms. Actual gamers are always going to prefer actual game consoles, not smartphones with zero buttons and (more of than not) lack-luster, watered down gaming experiences.
IE there's always going to be market for actual video games, so long as actual gamers who prefer actual video games continue to exist, and continue to prefer games on consoles.
