If Microsoft doesn't care that the game comes to PC than no one else should either. I think it is that simple. Gears, Halo, and Fable have all shown up on PC at some point in time. So if we go by those standards Microsoft has ZERO exclusives. They don't care and pick and choose what they put on PC. If they wanted to they could just pay for RYSE and DR3 to never show up on the PC.
Way to much time is spent on trying to decide what shoud and shouldn't count as exclsuive.

Yea but, during the 360 days, the xbox had a lot of exclusives that never really made it to PC and something like this wasn't really the issue... And during those days, when Microsoft said that something would be xbox exclusive, most of the time, it was...? Now its like, when they say Xbox exclusive, what they really seem to mean is that its either timed exclusive or its coming to PC eventually
