Dude. Like if I remember correctly Nordic Games had a deal with Nintendo to publish We Sing/We Dance exclusively for Wii. Just like the one Sony had with Relentless Software (Buzz!) and Nintendo have with FreeStyleGames (Sing Party) and Joysound (Wii Karaoke U).

Just saying inspiration goes all ways. Maybe even Nintendo's new physical DLC amiibo is inspired by something. Who knows...

I can't find that deal.  Perhaps I suck.  Maybe you can help me out?

I just don't see how a third party game can be held against Nintendo in this particular instance.  I mean, did they develop it?  Call me crazy  Meanwhile a ton of Nintendo offerings are a direct result/response/copy of things other companies have done.  I have no problem admitting that.  Credit where credit is due, etc...  I just can't see how those Wii games in your post fall into that category.
