this gen IS different because its a x86 system  with pc like gpu and cpu. the only big difference is the unified ram, but thats not soo new too.  sure we see some improvements but far less than in the last gen.  the cell was such a strange piece of hardware, the new gpu isnt.

*yawn*  You can keep regurgitating that all you like, but it won't make it true.   Reply or don't, history, and present day facts show you're wrong.

history shows that people need time to learn how to work with new hardware, but this gen isnt new hardware, the wiiu  is a better gamecube(so not much improvement there, we saw it with the wii, the difference between launch and the last year was there, but it was much smaller than on the ps360). the PS4/X1 are PCs with some minor costum parts, You cant compare that with the cellproblem of  the ps360.

and No, history dont show that the games on every console improve strongly. gameboy colour games didnt improve so much and 3ds didnt improve that much too. but we saw great improvements at the ds(why? because it not just a stronger gba).

sames goes sega.
