Why?

because RDR was on xbox too, and it was a fantastic game. it would be shitty if all those that played it on xbox didnt get to play the second (well, technicially third) game just because sony paid Rockstar some money to keep it away. it would also be shitty because what might happen in the future, it would be a scary thing if rockstart started selling out their games to console manufacturers. because sooner or later, you're gonna miss a game because of that practice. and it would be a big shame to miss out on a rockstart game.
