not likely, it took MS long enough to own up to the red ring. I doubt this can last long enough to warrent similar actions, though they should release a hell of a lot of free "we are sorry" downloadables. Plus its not as if gamers are not used to broken games thanks a lot Ea for conditioning the industry.
