Can't believe you even need to ask.
I will go as far as to tell you thats it's a physical imposibility. Where did the mass forbthe body come from? Thin air? Where did that fat on her backside come from? Its not possible to create matter out of nothing on the atomic evel. No materials, no creation. That simple.
