I worked to ubisoft in the past, and I can say they will say anything to try hiding is mediocrity and poor take on design( the thing we heard the most from produced was: It won't stop tehm from buying our game.
SO I will say it that uber bullS , they are just trying to find a other scapegoat,
it's to stop the debate, its microsoft fault they force use to cap at 30.
come on.
Look at this. Microsoft tell them to cap it Ubisoft say no and all AC go Ps4 - pc exclusive.
and microsoft will still say cap it to 30. buuuuuuuushS88888 microsoft is not in a place to say no to third party franchise.
