The first thing you need to do is install media server software to your computer. If you have Windows Media Player 11, I think that acts as a media server. If you don't have it, you can download free media server software here:

Once you install it, you have to configure it. There are some guides online that explain how to configure TVersity. Just google "TVersity PS3".
You also have to ensure that your PS3 has the latest firmware.
