Eh, these are all kinda small time compared to Nintendo
First 3D Console that does not require glasses (Virtual Boy or 3DS, whatever one fits you better) - Tomytronic3D predates both by 13 years. First D-Pad First Diamonds Button Layout (All controllers use this nowdays) - Was lifted from 80s arcade cabinets actually. First trigger/bumper buttons (All controllers also use this) - Atari 5200 controller had bumper buttons, before the snes. First True Motion Controller - the massive vr units in the 80s had tilt sensors, wii was just the first to put it into a controller, they had already done it in a glove with resistance strips, and gba game paks at that point. First Analog Stick (Once again, all controllers have these) - Nope, vectrex had an analog stick.

These are not innovations, and many of those were not even done first by nintendo anyway.
