Okay, here it is, guys!  It's been a marathon but I've finally organized it enough to post.  I've officially given up trying to get it to display properly using the forum's table system.  Instead, I ended up taking screenshots of the Excel file, page by page, and then pasting them all together to recreate the scrollable list as a single image file.

Before getting to that, let me quickly explain a few things.  I know, I know... but I'll try to do this as briefly as possible.  Please bear with me.

First of all, if you don't actually know what this is all about, read this post.

Secondly, as you go down the list, you will notice that even within subcategories, titles clump together into groups depending on what combination of platforms they're on.  If you're wondering why there are random blank rows here and there, it's to separate those groups.

I've tried to make the platforms as easy to follow as I can by doing two things: Always listing them in the same order, and grouping them as progressions.  In other words, as you run down a set of grouped titles, they will often acquire more platforms the further you go.  But those platforms don't change what's already there; they just build on it by adding new ones.

Take, for example, a set of games with the following progression of platforms...

PS4/Win
PS4/Win
PS4/Win/OS X
PS4/Win/OS X/Linux
PS4/Win/OS X/Linux
PS4/Win/OS X/Linux
PS4/Win/OS X/Linux/iOS
PS4/Win/OS X/Linux/iOS/Android

See how that works?  They're arranged so that once a platform has been established, it doesn't change.  Now, of course, given the number of combinations that are possible, you can't always maintain both their order and their progression at the same time.  That's where the empty rows come in.  Whenever such a discrepancy is unavoidable, I've separated it with a blank row.

For example, here are two otherwise consistent sets...

PS4/Win
PS4/Win/OS X
PS4/Win/OS X/Linux
PS4/Win/OS X/Linux
PS4/Vita/Win/OS X/Linux
PS4/Vita/Win/OS X/Linux/iOS
PS4/Vita/Win/OS X/Linux/iOS/Android

As you can see, the appearance of the Vita on the fifth line breaks the pattern.  Had it not been for the bolded text, however, you may well have scanned down the list and not even noticed that the progression was different - especially when the columns you're reading are as long as those in the actual list.

So, to make it easier to read, I've kept any such changes separated.  Sometimes the change is obvious, sometimes it's subtle.  The gap between them is just a simple visual way of showing that they are distinct patterns.  So, the above example would be displayed as two separate groups, like this...

PS4/Win
PS4/Win/OS X
PS4/Win/OS X/Linux
PS4/Win/OS X/Linux

PS4/Vita/Win/OS X/Linux
PS4/Vita/Win/OS X/Linux/iOS
PS4/Vita/Win/OS X/Linux/iOS/Android

Make sense?  So, those empty rows where it looks like I deleted an entry, or forget to make one in the first place... they're supposed to be like that.

Thirdly (nearly there, I promise), as I stated previously, my goal here is not to argue for what does or doesn't count as an exclusive; my goal is just to present all the data I could find.  The idea is to be as comprehensive as possible so that people can make up their own minds.  For a reminder of what qualifies a game for the list, see this post.

Now, obviously, when making such a list, it's almost impossible to avoid making a judgement call here and there.  But, to the greatest extent possible, I've endeavoured to keep my opinion out of it and opt for an all-inclusive approach.

So, instead of excluding things from the list (or second-guessing whether or not I think that others would want them excluded from the list), I've added any comments that I think are relevant to their status as "exclusives".  In short, I've included every qualifying game I could find (with a few notable exceptions), and I leave the final judgement of their status to the readers.

And finally...

IMPORTANT: Even if you've skipped everything up to this point, please read the following...

I've tried it a hundred different ways, but the image embedding on this forum just won't co-operate with me.  I don't know if the text in the embedded image is as small and blurry for everyone as it is on my screen, but I strongly encourage you to view it at full size at THIS LINK.

If that doesn't work for you, here's the full URL...

In the interest of completeness, I should add that I've been working on this for over a month so I can't guarantee that it's fully accurate/up-to-date.  I've tried about five times now to confirm and lock down what I have, and it always results in me finding a crapload more to add.  So, in the end, I just bit the bullet and locked down my most recent update.

Chances are that it's already out-of-date, but feel free to let me know if there's anything else that should be on here.  Or, for that matter, anything that shouldn't be on here.  Like I said, I've made it as up-to-the-minute accurate as I feasibly can, but any additional info that anyone can provide will be appreciated.

Okay, I think that's it.  Thanks for bearing with my rambling, if you did.  And if you didn't... I understand.

Remember, for a clear, easy-to-read list, view it in full size at this link (URL - http://postimg.org/image/tfw8npnsd/).

Enjoy!
