Phantom Dust won't do much, as far as I know its a remake of a game that sold horribly.  I don't see Crackdown or Scalebound making it in 2015.  Platinum just made Wonderful 101 and Bayonetta 2, no way they are coming out with a new game every year.  OP mentions Crackdown was not brought up as a 2015 title and since we haven't seen any gameplay yet I wouldn't be surprised if it doesn't make a 2015 release.  

I think its pretty much well known that TR is a timed exclusive and its more associated with the PS brand than the Xbox brand, how much it will help is yet to be seen.  I doubt Microsoft is gonna advertise it as much as SE advertised the reboot, they advertised it so much it had to sell an insane amount to become profitable.
