I can see this happening. however, I would think it unwise on MS's part. For one just because they have this controller doesn't mean 3rd parties who are building Wii-specific games will port it to the 360 to use it. After all how much of an attach rate will this peripheral actually get? 10% max, maybe. I have always maintained that pretty soon Wii will be getting king's share of game development and that any multiplatform games would be Wii designed and then ported to ps360. What MS is betting on is when this happens, it will only be Wii/360 since PS3 doesn't have a comparable controller. (which also shows they think I'm right, leo-j)

MS and Sony have realized they are losing/lost the lower tiers in video games. Sony doesn't care and will move upstream, just like they did with their electronics when China/Korea pummeled their products. MS on the other hand will try to fight it out with Nintendo. However, MS isn't realizing that the fight is already over and to push this out with all the marketing and a few craptacular games will just increase their losses.
