An odd article. The quote they've chosen is:
"DayZ is definitely going to be a multiplatform title. That's the firm vision from Bohemia's standpoint. But we'll announce what all the other platforms are as we get to that point," reveals DayZ creator Dean Hall."
That's... saying it's coming to other platforms. Doesn't say which platforms.

I'd agree that it's "hinting" at an XB1 release, but he's not said it's coming to XB1. Changing title for now.
