I think there's a bit too much overlap between Vita & PS3 userbases, that the people who would buy it will be choosing which machine they want it on rather than reaching out to people who couldn't buy Hollow Fragment. Imo.
And regarding the last part, depends how many people skip it because it's ALO :P
