When that guy w/ the slick hair popped up at the end, I lost it. I thought that was him. If it was, it seems like he was cast perfectly! Huge, charismatic, intimidating, and smiling while he was about to commit a horrific act. Even after some tense moments, seeing "Negan" was the highlight of the episode for me.
.....and then they said it wasn't him. Well I STILL believe it's him and no amout of "it's some guy with a face tattoo" talk will convince me otherwise!! That WAS Negan.
