Based on absolutely zero information on the game in development, I'll just disagree and say that the game by brand new inexperienced developers will just try to piggyback off the established IP's name, will be horribly made and will flame out in sales worse than Judgement. It will struggle to reach 900p and will suffer frequent frame rate drops, and the online component will be poorly balanced.

Again, I am basing this on absolutely zero information, the same amount of info that led the OP to say it will be amazing.

Of course, I might he completely wrong, and GoW4 may be a Windows Phone and Surface exclusive after the XBox division gets sold to a Chinese company in the fall of 2015.

lmao.  nice one.

Aiding Black Tusk will be Rod Fergusson, the former Epic Games executive producer and director of production who oversaw the first three games in the Gears of War series. Fergusson is joining Black Tusk,
Lemke, meanwhile, has been in charge of Microsoft's bigger properties' business -- Forza, Fable, Ryse, and more -- for a few years. He was also the general manager of EA's Black Box during its Need for Speed and Skate era.

What a pointless post purely designed to get a rise.

He isnt basing it off nothing, he is basing off a game that has a pedigree.  If it was just more of the same it would still score highly.

I guess your sarcasm detector is broken, and of course you are probably the only person to get offended by this, as usual.

Just basing it on my experience with Judgement, a horrible letdown after amazing parts 2 and 3. GeoW2 Horde mode is probably the single most played "game" by me ever.

But to make these pointless threads at least 2 years before the game is out, and to base it on, as you say, two people that have had some experience, is kinda silly, so I decided to respond with some silliness of my own.
